Urban Safety Walk
In our Personal Defence Readiness seminars filled with drills, videos, photos, behavioural models, and much more you will:
Realize how movements and exercises you perform daily are combative in nature
Learn fear management to stay in control emotionally and psychologically
De-mystify the amount of training and practice you really need in order to protect yourself from a vicious attack
Break down and understand what an actual attack on the street looks like
Understand human movement and cognition as it relates to fear, violence, and aggression
Minimum age of 16 years.

Learn what actions will increase your chances of survival during all kinds of dangerous situations. You will learn:
5 methods to increase your awareness
What you need to watch for
What the attacker looks for
How to ID dangerous places in you environment and how to safely navigate them
Dispel useless myths regarding your safety such as carrying your keys between your fingers
Our Urban Safety Walk is 90 minutes with multiple stops along the way. At each stop useful information specific to the location is provided. General safety tips and awareness strategies are introduced along the way!
